I've had this done for a while, I just hadn't gotten around to doing the coding until today. No friends-only banner for this one, I kinda forgot to do that and I'm too ~~lazy~~ busy to make one. Free for use to whoever wants it, just make sure you credit me for the layout, m'kay? Also, commenting if you use it, or even if you like it would be awesome. : )

Also, the colored scrollbar code does not work in Mozilla Firefox. It will show up in Internet Explorer, however. I don't know about any other web browsers, since I don't use them, but I do use Mozilla and IE. If you could let me know if it works in other browsers, that would be great. : )
