umbralilliumOkay, not that I have much room to talk, but here's what's got my drawers in an uproar.
My best friend, whom I will call Elizabeth, moved out of her parents' house on her 18th birthday and into a friend's house. I haven't seen hide nor hair of her since the sunday before her birthday, which was on a thursday. For three weeks, she couldn't find the time to call someone whom she knew would be worried about her and would be calling her mother at least once a week to get all the information she could. So, I finally got a hold of her tonight, after wrangling the friend's phone number from Elizabeth's mom. I asked her why she hadn't called me and she told me that she'd been busy. I'm like, for three weeks you couldn't find the time to call me? Then Liz says that she'd thought I'd flip. I'm like, not calling me for three weeks would give me reason to flip, calling before then, would have prevented all the worrying I've been doing. URG! Before we could talk much longer, her call waiting beeped and she had to go. She said she'd call me tomorrow. If I haven't gotten called by 6 tomorrow night I'm calling her. PLEASE keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
