If you don't let me know that you're friending me, I won't be friending you back. I don't have time to check my userinfo to see who all has friended me, so if you want me to friend me back, you need to let me know. Please don't think I'm rude by having this policy, between school and various online commitments, I seriously don't have time. I don't even have time for recreational non-fanfic reading at this point, and it's getting harder for me to find time to put as much time into Photoshop as I would like to. Once I finish the layouts I've promised people, that's going to be it until the end of the semester, unless I make something for myself, and even then I may skip it. Sorry!
